It's a common experience of all of us that sometimes when most of the days are going unproductive , suddenly a day becomes super-productive and many times you can't also find the reason for it .This is due to our changed mindset on that day .Our mindset defines the quality of our day , if you are already disgusted in the morning or you are messed in some thoughts that make you think that this day also doesn't has something special for you , so here are just some simple practices that you can follow to make your day a better , because it's all about a change in mindset that makes a slum dog a billionaire .
1.Change your direction
With every passing second in the morning ,you must be having some of the thoughts about how is your day , today is going to be ,now whenever that thought comes in your mind ,just try to control the direction and flow of your thoughts ,if negative thoughts keep coming then keep replacing them with a suitable positive one ,this will give you a sudden bump and a sudden rise of energy that what are you going to do in that day .Don't Imagine , because it's passive only , imagine with a deep belief in yourself that yes ,today you are going to make your day a better day .
2.Practice priority meditation
There are many meditations available also which focus primarily on prioritizing tasks that you have to complete on that day .Try one of them and you will find more control on your day .This is really one of the most practical techniques that i use to keep my in my hands and use it as decided .
3.Try Affirmations
You may have been tired hearing about this tip and most of you might have underrated this tip .But it's a lot more than it shows , you must practice at least some affirmations that will help you cultivate your bigger purpose in life .So ,just try it for one day and after waking up ,just stand in front of your mirror and affirm yourself all what you want from your life and commit in those affirmations that you will take steps to achieve them .You can see the changes in the same day ,trust me .
