Change yourself completely in a week!!

 You might got amazed after reading the title of the blog ,but let me tell you that you really can change yourself in 7 days completely , just by changing your mindset .

Only read this article if you can devotedly give your 7 days and practice these things for the next 7 days from day and night. I am not telling you to leave your working chores for the next 7 days , but you have to wake up before your normal waking up time for the next one week.

So here are the things that you have to follow with full devotion for the next few days .

1. Wake up at 4:00 a.m. and after waking up just start following the next steps that i have discussed later in the blog. Waking up early will differentiate you from a large part of the unsuccessful world , in addition it aids your health if you go near the trees or nature in the very morning .

2.Do 30 minutes of meditation , a simple 30 minute of meditation session without any phone or just with a timer , near the trees , focus on your breath for 10 minutes ,then on the sounds of nature for the next 10 minutes , and then on the part between your eyebrows. Now this tip is really going to increase your focus and concentrations by 10 times .



3. Exercise for 30 minutes , exercise is a really very beneficial thing , what you do in your exercise is what you gain after it , must add 5 minutes of fast running in your workout and then you can try different workouts on different days. This is going to increase your energy levels during the day .



4.Do 10 minutes of yoga because it is one of the most wonderful practices in the world , doing yoga will not only increase your amount of focus and activeness throughout the day but will make you a more stronger , gentle and calm person in other aspects of life also.

5.Read for 1 hour .Have a wide shelf of books from which you can choose according to your mood and choose the book that you are wanting to read on that day from that variety. This is really going to benefit you wisdom wise and intellectually .

6.Eat an apple or a banana everyday , you must focus on your health everyday , you must choose every food that you give to yourself very wisely , because if you have a ferrari then you will not want to give it a bad fuel ,once also , then why did you give yourself more worthier than any jewel , a bad fuel in the form of junk foods. Just replace all the junk foods with tasty juices , eggs and other healthy options available .

Now it depends on the intensity with which you follow these tips and if you followed everything with full determination then for a very small amount but change will occur surely ,you will feel more calm and focused. After you have done this for a week you will get some power to continue it for your whole life and that is the point that now you have to make the efforts to extend these practices to 21 days then to 2 months , then to a year , you will find yourself changed after some years ,as a diamond is formed from pressure over a long period of time. These 7 days will form the basis of your change and you will actually find the changes after continuing these practices for a long run .

tips and tricks to study for long hours everyday!
