easy ways to do meditation!

 Here are four ways in which in which you can do meditation :-

1-sit on ground in a palthi position and take ten deep breathes in the starting, then start focusing on the sound of your breathe for 4-5 minutes.

2-light a candle and place it just infront of your eyes and focus at the tip of the flame.this one can give awesome results but is risky.

3-make a dot on a page and place that page in front of your eyes , now focus on that dot for 4-5 minutes. This one is like the second one profitable but risky.

4-sit down on the ground and think of an image in your mind ,now focus on that image.it is easy.



How meditation can really help us ?

Meditation can help us in many different ways . it is profitable for a student , a working person and each and every human being so anyone who is reading this blog can do meditation.

Doing meditation have the following benefits:-

1-it helps us to concentrate on a single thing .

 When we meditate we focus on a single thing , thus it creates a momentum throughout the day to motivate us and focus on one work and not get distracted while doing that work.it increases our concentration power and makes us able to concentrate on a single thing.



2-it vanishes all the negative thoughts from mind.

When we motivate we focus on one thing and our mind just start cleaning all the negative thoughts, so i would also recommend that you must read a very good quote just after doing meditation as it can help you a lot in getting motivated throughout that day.

3-it makes us productive throughout the day.

Doing meditation increases our concentration levels and thus we can become more productive throughout the day and do much more work than before as then we will be doing deep work and not shallow work we are making ourself distant from shallow work by practising meditation ,it can increase the work done by us in a particular amount of time to great limits.

4-it helps the mind to function properly everyday by sending oxygen to it in the starting of the day.

Our brain when wakes up is already so energised and with that energy if we also add some more oxygen to it in the starting of the day then it will work very productively throughout the day. Doing breathing exercises with meditation can increase our problem solving skills to a very high level. It also makes our brain more energetic throughout the day.

5-it improves our memory and brain skills , improving IQ ,and intelle

6-it gives us confidence throughout the day.

Do you thought ever that why we loose confidence because vain thoughts start coming in our mind when we have to perform somewhere . doing meditation stops those thoughts from coming in mind and thus it significantly increases our confidence.one will find easier to perform anywhere if he does meditation everyday.

What is meditation?

 Meditation is the practise of focusing on one thing to improve concentration and will power. There are many methods to perform meditation but it is also easy to follow and do it , it is one of those habits that will motivate you themself to perform it. It is very interesting to do meditation also. There are many ways of doing meditation but i had given you just four ways of doing meditation as they are practically applied by myself and are useful. I am not responsible for any effects that come by the practises of my guided meditation.meditation is a very good thing to do and i also apply and follow it daily.
