Being mentally strong is a very easy practise.You just have to follow some steps in order to become mentally strong.
Here are a total of six exercises that you can follow to become a mentally strong person. These are:-
1 :-Always affirmate good quotes with yourself. Now this is really helpful. In this method just keep affirmating yourself with good quotes that will make you strong.
2. Become independent in everything. The dependance of you on others for anything makes us mentally weak. So make yourself financially independent.
3. Don't think much about your actions . You just keep doing what works required for your main aim and should never focus on vain life events.
4. Vanish Ill will and thoughts about others. Keep yourself engaged in thoughts about your goal. Never think bad about others as it creates problem for ourselves.
5.Practise breathing exercises like kapalbhatta,anulom- vilom and brahmari pranayam.you cando yoga as well.
6. Repeat the line everyday,"every person in this world would be happy and fulfilled. " Believe me this will keep your mind calm and the calm mind is the strongest mind.
