Why are you sad | poem by Aditya raj {me}

why are you sad , 
are you fond of anything bad,
ask yourself about it 
what will you get out of it .

nothing in this world ,
can make you fell bad .
unless and until you think, 
'why am i sad' 

Is thinking not always responsible 
that makes you feel good or bad ,
so why you think negative 
that makes you sad .

the whole world became small 
if you start imagination 
all what required for this 
is  your determination.

sadness is just a feeling 
and a feeling is always temporary .
dont stick to that feeling
to be happy it is compulsory ,

for a sad thing to happen 
then sadness prevail,
if you try to find its positive sight 
every negative thought go into the jail.


peace comes from within,
dont try to find it out .
it is hidden behind some thoughts 
you just have to found .

why are sad
are you mad?
everything is a thougt 
you just have to find .

happiness is also a feeling ,
but sometimes it become pleasure 
and to get that pleasure 
sometimes you take wrong measures.

if just a sequence of thougt 
can change your life 
then why are you not leaving 
negative thoughts is it your wife?

think positive be positive 
everything will go positive ,
stop doing things ,
that make you negative .

all the things required to overcome 
saddness is just a single thought ,
you just have to believe in you 
and to believe fought.

now i am ending this poem 
why are you sad,
because i am happy 
and happiness is the thing that i have.

Change yourself completely in a week!!

 You might got amazed after reading the title of the blog ,but let me tell you that you really can change yourself in 7 days completely , just by changing your mindset . Only read this article if you can devotedly give your 7 days and practice these things for the next 7 days from day and night. I am not telling you to leave your working chores for the next 7 days , but you have to wake up before your normal waking up time for the next one week. So here are the things that you have to follow with full devotion for the next few days . 1. tips and tricks to study for long hours everyday!

Here are some applied tips that you can use also:- 1-Practise meditation at least 5 min everyday. personally recommended. 2-Complete most of the tasks in the day and do low dopamine activities then you can watch your favourite things in the night. 3-Never do extra dopamine activities before start studying like watching films , tv serials and matches, you can watch discovry or any educational channel . 4-Take breaks at least after studying 2hrs a half hour break. 5-Choose a hobby that you can practise in your free times. 6- you can do walking or exercising also in the breaks. 7-Use the5 minute rule whenever you dont want to study . 8 - Do some picture based study through net. 9-Follow my website,😉😊 10-while studying something try to visualize it and make a visual story of the topic in the mind .
